Spring in San Francisco

The weather around San Francisco has been real weird lately.

Real weird.

Basically we went from having weeks on end of rain to crazy heat. Like wtf since when did we decide to not have a true spring at all and just go straight into summer.

Not that I’m complaining – I’m aching for trips to Capitola and golden skin.

Honestly I only remember one true spring day. A month or so back KB and I took a stroll around our neighborhood on a sunny spring day. We took these photos just down the street from our apartment during our walk!

In other random ADD Kelsey news – all the weird weather has fully affected my body. I’ve been waking up the last two weeks barely able to breathe in the mornings and coughing like crazy. I ended up going to see my doctor today because I was like gasping for air this morning.

Turns out I have allergies for the first time in my life.

Right so let’s just add that in with the vertigo and stomach problems. Guys I have the body of a 65 year old help me.

But hey if a cough and congestion is the price of sunny weather I think I’ll survive.

Does anyone else have allergies? If you have any tips for how to deal puhlease say something in the comments below. First timer over here!

As for this little outfit – I’m diggin’ it! Unfortunately I can’t link to this top because I found it at a thrift store. Can you guys tell me how you feel about me making outfits out of thrift store buys? I know it makes it tough to shop my look if that’s the case, but I personally shop at thrift stores all the time so am curious if you guys have any feels!

My little chain strap cross body is from an online boutique called Audrey Pamela (c/o). My hat is my FAVE summer accessory – I got it last summer from Goorin Bros here in SF! Not even sponsored, guys. I fully spent my own money on this little straw boater and it’s my favorite hat of all time.

These little sandals from Sam Edelman are also one of my summer staples.

I’m not a big believer in trendy items so I love that all these pieces are classics I can wear year after year!

What are your staple pieces for spring and summer? Tell me in the comments below!

Also tell me if you have any allergy tips…
