New Everlane Winter Launches You Need To Know About

New Everlane pieces coming at you! Everlane is easily one of my top rated fashion brands (as you can see by my endless blog posts and YouTube videos) for two specific reasons:

★ Everlane is sustainable and transparent – they use recycled and sustainable materials where possible and are transparent about factories and pricing.

★ Everlane sells capsule wardrobe style clothing – there are no trends and items will remain in style for years to come

What’s not to love?

I’ve been particularly excited by some of the new arrivals I’ve seen from Everlane lately, plus some items that maybe didn’t launch this Winter but I’m only getting my hands on now.

Let’s discuss.

Everlane Court Sneaker and Anorak

The Court Sneaker

The Everlane Court Sneaker launched last week – and I’m loving it. Sneaker production is unfortunately really negatively impactful on the environment. The average sneaker sole is made almost etirely of plastic, so the Court Sneaker is Everlane’s answer to this typically wasteful shoe style. The Court Sneaker sole is 94.2% free of virgin plastic and the leather upper is sourced from a gold certified tannery (47% less electricity, 62% less water, 46% less CO₂ emissions).

The Court Sneaker is Everlane’s second sneaker in their “TREAD” line with the first being the Trainer. Both styles are about as sustainable as sneakers can get, with the only real difference being the design itself. Personally I love that the Court Sneaker is a bit thinner and chicer!

The ReNew Plush Fleece Sweatshirt

Everlane’s “ReNew” line utilizes recycled materials to make new styles. I’m a massive fan of upcycling, so love when Everlane launches a new item in this category.

The ReNew Plush Fleece Sweatshirt is probably the coziest ReNew style launched yet. This style is a boxy, oversized sweatshirt perfect for lounging around the house OR for a chilly day (in San Francisco, perhaps?). Seriously though, my home base of SF is typically in the 60’s so ReNew fleece is my everyday jam.

The ReNew Anorak

I’ve owned the short anorak for a year or two now, but am loving that Everlane relaunched and redesigned their anorak in this specific long style and made it part of the ReNew line. The ReNew Anorak is water resistant and incredibly light weight – perfect for damp and mid temperature days. The fabric on this bad boy is actually 100% recycled and made from 28 plastic water bottles.

The Day Loafer

I actually ordered the Day Loafer when it first launched and returned it because I found my true to size order was a bit snug and I wasn’t loving the color selection.

Everlane recently launched new color ways of the Day Loafer (like this gorgeous Cashew color I’m wearing) so I snagged a pair 1/2 size up from my normal size. I am officially obsessed. This shoe pairs perfectly with the rest of my wardrobe and didn’t require any breaking in.

Plus – these are an amazing better for the environment (and your wallet) dupe of the Gucci loafers everyone is loving right now. The Everlane Day Loafer is 100% Italian leather – so the quality is there without the hefty price tag.

The Oversized Alpaca Cardigan

I absolutely love the original Everlane Alpaca Crew – you can read a full review of that sweater here. Everlane recently launched a cardigan version, the Oversized Alpaca Cardigan, and I knew I had to get my hands on it.

My recommendation with this one is to size a full size down because, as the name states, it is designed quite oversized. The alpaca yarns are soft and cozy – I love pairing with a tee underneath and some high waisted skinny jeans. Maybe with a loafer?

Everlane Western Boot outfit

The Western Boot

The Everlane Western Boot is hands down my favorite Everlane shoe of all time. I grew up in a fairly small Northern California town, so absolutely love the Americana design of this style – without being full blown cowgirl. You can see how I’ve outfitted this boot on my Instagram here, here, and here.

I have two different color ways of the Western Boot and ordered them both true to size. This boot does run a hair narrow, but over all wears very comfortably and my feet only ache the littlest bit after a 10+ hour day.

The Lightweight Flannel Oversized Shirt

I love collared button down shirts for work and also love flannel as a fabric – but hate sweating it out at the office. Everlane’s Lightweight Flannel Oversized Shirt is the perfect way to rock flannel at the office because it’s incredibly breezy and breathable. I opted for the solid color of this style, but am highly considering ordering one of the plaid prints for more casual weekend wear.
